Elections Code Section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.
The results of the votes cast at the El Dorado County Fire Protection District held on August 27, 2019 were certified by the Registrar of Voter on September 5, 2019. The Election Department recommends the Board declare the results of the official canvass.
