Reason for Recommendation
The Division has contracted with Lebeck Young Engineering, Inc. since the summer of 2013 and their services have been utilized on a large variety of projects. The services provided include tenant improvement design, space programming and design development, adjacency studies, construction documents, ADA analysis, facilities analysis, modification analysis of existing structures and new facility engineering.

We’ve found exceptional service and value over the course of the agreement. In addition, results of a recent “Request for Qualifications” regarding facility related engineering consulting services showed this engineering firm was ranked number one in their respective field. Based on past value, quality of work, familiarity with the County and its various needs the Division is seeking to add compensation to the agreement.

The existing agreement doesn't expire until July 9, 2016, and the Division is not seeking any change to that time frame.
