Improvement costs under this Agreement, in the amount of $365,676.08, will be paid by the developer, Foothills Community Covenant Church, Inc There is no net cost to the County.
Reason for Recommendation:
The road improvements resulting from this Parcel Map Improvement Agreement are required under the Findings and Conditions of Approval for Parcel Map P03-0015 and Planned Development 03-0007, approved by the County's Planning Commission on September 22, 2005, and as shown or described on the Improvement Plans and Specifications, which were approved by the County's Department of Transportation on July 19, 2006.
The project is located north of White Rock Road and east of Latrobe Road.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. The Board Chairman will sign Parcel Map Improvement Agreement AGMT #06-1157 with Lakehills Community Covenant Church, Inc., and;
2. The Department will forward one original of the fully executed Agreement to Lakehills Community Covenant Church, Inc.
