Department of Transportation recommending the Board:
1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 054-2025 to accept the making of Irrevocable Offers of Dedication (IOD) for Slope and Drainage Easement, Public Utilities Easement, and Temporary Construction Easements on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 317-285-019-000 as part of the Green Valley Road at Indian Creek - Bridge Replacement Project, Capital Improvement Program number 36105014; and
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to the Making of an IOD and Certificate of Acceptances for the Slope and Drainage Easement, Public Utilities Easement, and Temporary Construction Easements and to record the IOD with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On September 22, 2015, the Board approved the Department of Transportation (Transportation) to begin the right-of-way phase for the Green Valley Road at Indian Creek - Bridge Replacement and the Green Valley Road at Mound Springs Creek - Bridge Replacement (Projects). The Projects involve the replacement of two (2) bridges (approximately 1,000 feet apart at Indian Creek and Mound Springs Creek) and construction of a continuous two-way left turn lane down the center of Green Valley Road between Stagecoach Road and Mortara Circle. These safety improvement Projects encompass approximately ½ mile of Green Valley Road. The two-way left turn lane will provide a traffic safety improvement based on the accident history of this area.
The Projects required several property acquisitions to complete these improvements, including necessary easements from Greenstone Country Owners Association (Greenstone) Assessor’s Parcel Number 317-285-019 as part of the Indian Creek Bridge replacement.
