1) Reappoint Thomas Millham as Member, with a term expiration of January 1, 2031; and
2) Reappoint Gary Norton as Alternate Member, with a term expiration of January 1, 2031.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
These appointments are intended to strengthen the Committee’s ongoing efforts to advance economic development initiatives within the County by ensuring that it has the necessary expertise, perspective, and community representation to carry out its work effectively. Each recommended appointee brings relevant knowledge or experience that will support the Committee’s strategic planning, project evaluation, and collaborative outreach. Approval of these appointments will provide the Committee with a full and balanced membership, enabling it to continue progressing on current initiatives, engage stakeholders more effectively, and develop recommendations that align with the County’s long term economic priorities.
