DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
All committees and commission are required to make an annual report regarding its activities and a presentation to the Board. It is the board, committee, or commission's responsibility to prepare its report and the content must be approved by the board, committee, or commission prior to submittal to staff, the Clerk of the Board, and the Board.
