The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 319-260-066, consisting of 5 acres, is located at the north side of Greenstone Cutoff, approximately 550 feet north of the inter-section with Mother Lode Drive, in the Kingsville area, within the El Dorado Diamond Springs Community Region, Supervisorial District 4.
