DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Jon Miranda and Erika Miranda, Co-Trustees of the Miranda Family Trust dated October 30, 2013, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 126-690-006, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the Vehicular Access Restriction encumbrance located on said property. The encumbrance is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Vehicular Access Restriction encumbrance, as shown on Lot 18 of Alto Unit 2, recorded in Book K of Subdivisions at Page 68, was implemented by Alto, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company By: Gary Sparks, Managing Member, as a condition of said map, on November 15, 2022. The encumbrance was approved by the County of El Dorado on July 25, 2023, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on August 7th, 2023.

Department of Transportation has not used said portion of said subject encumbrance for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said portion of said subject encumbrance and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have issued a letter to that effect.
