DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Abandonment of Easement 26-0005
A request has been submitted by Matthew J. Mezzetta, a single man, owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 120-261-008 (546 Powers Drive, El Dorado Hills), requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the rear 10 foot Public Utility easement, portions of the side 5 foot Public Utility Easements, and a portion of the 16 foot Sanitary Sewer Easement located on said property as shown on Lot 227 of Ridgeview Village Unit NO. 4, recorded in Book F of Subdivisions at Page 93, which were offered to the County of El Dorado by Pacific States Development Corporation by William J. Fisher and Mary Theresa Muse, on March 6, 1979. The easements were acknowledged and accepted by the County of El Dorado on March 13, 1979, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on March 30, 1979.

The easements are more particularly described and depicted in Attachments A and B.
