There is no fiscal impact associated with this agenda item.
Background: The contract for the South Lake Tahoe Animal Shelter remodel and expansion project was executed by the Board on April 17, 2007, Agenda Item #14. The Project was substantially completed on February 5, 2008.
Reason for Recommendation: The Board's action will start legal time frames for guarantees, liens and return of retention monies.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) The Chairman will sign the Notice of Completion.
2) The Board Clerk will send the Notice of Completion to the Recorder/Clerk's Office for recordation and forward a copy of the recorded Notice of Completion to the Department.
