Information Technologies recommending the Board ratify the renewals and purchases with Network Solutions for the following County domain names, each with a five (5) year term, and total cost of $489:
1) www.edcgov.us for a five (5) year term and a total cost of $99;
2) www.eldoradolibrary.org for a five (5) year term and a total cost of $99;
3) www.acceledc.org for a five (5) year term and a total cost of $99;
4) Private registration for www.acceledc.org for a five (5) year term and total cost of $64; and
5) New domain www.chooseeldoradocounty.us for a five (5) year term and a total cost of $124.
Pursuant to Procurement Policy C-17, Board of Supervisors’ approval is required for any contract term exceeding three (3) years inclusive of all any amendments and regardless of dollar amount.

The Board is being asked to ratify the renewals and purchases with Network Solutions for the following County domain names, used and maintained by the County for various business related purposes by County departments, each with a five (5) year term, and total cost of $489.74:
1) www.edcgov.us for a five (5) year term beginning 04/04/2016 with a total cost of $99.95; and
2) www.eldoradolibrary.org for a five (5) year term beginning 12/09/2016 with a total cost of $99.95; and
3) www.acceledc.org for a five (5) year term beginning 12/07/2016 with a total cost of $99.95; and
4) Private registration for www.acceledc.org for a five (5) year term beginning 12/07/2016 with a total cost of $64.95; and
5) New domain www.chooseeldoradocounty.us for a five (5) year term beginning 05/09/2015 with a total cost of $124.94.
