Title: Supervisor Turnboo and Supervisor Veerkamp recommending the Board authorize the Chair to sign a Proclamation to acknowledge the retirement of Cleve Morris, City Manager of the City of Placerville. Cleve Morris has been the City Manager for the City of Placerville for 15 years.
