Background:
The Department of Transportation previously processed a Grant Deed executed by EDH 52, a California General Partnership, in favor of El Dorado County, as a result of acquiring necessary right of way land rights for the White Rock Road Improvement Project #72349 - Phase 2 project, and said documents were recorded by the Board Clerk, in the Office of the El Dorado County Recorder, on July 1, 2005, as document number 2005-0054183-00.

Reason for Recommendation:
In preparation of the final Record of Survey map for Project #72349, certain errors were discovered in the legal description that accompanied the original Grant Deed.  Those errors have now been corrected and a new legal description and Correctory Grant Deed have been executed by the Grantor.

The subject property is situated just north of US Highway 50, on Silva Valley Parkway.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1)      The Board Chairman will execute and the Board Clerk will record the Correctory Grant Deed and accompanying Certificate of Acceptance.
2)      The Department will send copies of the recorded Correctory Grant Deed to the affected property owner.
