DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
At-Pac was acquired by SouthTech Systems, Inc. (SouthTech) in April 2017 and informed the County that they would only continue to support the At-Pac Criis System until the end of 2018.
On March 6, 2018, the Board authorized the previous Recorder-Clerk to negotiate a three (3) year Agreement for Services with SouthTech to replace the department's Document Recording and Clerk Management System (Legistar 18-0246, 3/6/2018).
SouthTech was acquired by Granicus, LLC effective November 9, 2018. At this time, both parties desire to mutually terminate the Agreement and all obligations, liabilities, and benefits set forth in the Agreement. Termination of Agreement #3155 does not impact the County's other existing contracts with Granicus, and the County will continue to utilize the At-Pac Criis System as needed.
