Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of Supervisors Parlin and Veerkamp, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of Catherine Dickson-Schwarzbach, Public Member, District 3;
2) Appoint Tanner Gallagher, Public Member, District 3, Term Expiration 09/22/2025; and
3) Appoint Catherine Dickson-Schwarzback, Public Member, District 4, Term Expiration 09/22/2025.

A Notice of Vacancy was published on July 15, 2020. Catherine Dickson-Schwartzback the District 3 appointment moved out of District 3 and into District 4. Supervisor Parlin contacted the Director of Environmental Management Department and recommended her appointment to the Public Member, District 4. One application was received for the Public Member, District 3 position and Supervisor Veerkamp contacted the Director of Environmental Management Department and recommended the Board to appoint Tanner Gallagher to fill this vacancy.
