DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

Request to consider Conditional Use Permit CUP24-0005/Summit View Child & Family Services submitted by Summit View Child & Family Services to allow a Private School within an existing structure. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-100-035, consisting of 1.58 acres, is located on the west side of Golden Foothill Parkway, approximately 800 feet south of the intersection with Suncast Lane in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 2.  (County Planner: Evan Mattes, 530-621-5994) (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines)
