Body

General Plan Policy 2.2.5.20 provides that development involving any structure greater than 120 square feet in size shall be permitted only upon a finding that the development is consistent with the General Plan.  

Supervisor Baumann, prompted by discussion at the Board's June 5, 2007 meeting, requests the Board discuss amendments to General Plan Policy 2.2.5.20 that will incorporate language that provides an exemption for structures intended for agricultural use, within reasonable parameters and direct staff to initiate the process to make said amendments to the General Plan as determined by the Board.
