Title: County Service Area 10 recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Amendment 1 to Contract No. 044-C-05/06-11 with Global Labs Inc., dba California Laboratory Services increasing compensation by $50,000 to $130,000 to provide analysis of ground, surface and wastewater sample testing from the Union Mine Landfill and the Union Mine Wastewater Treatment Facility for the Environmental Management Department, noting the increase is necessary due to the unanticipate amount of testing required during the 2005-2006 wet weather season and subsequent emergency discharges to El Dorado Irrigation District. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve. FUNDING: County Service Area 10 Special Revenue Funds.
