Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for seven separate Public Utility easements; and
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcels are all located within the community of El Dorado Hills, all lying within the area as shown on the Large Lot Map entitled “Eastridge Village”, filed in the office of the County Recorder in Book J of Subdivisions at Page 142.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Surveyor's Office has received an application from Millrose Properties California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, requesting an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD), identified as IOD-SV25-0003. The request is for seven separate Public Utility easements on portions of Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 119-390-012, 119-390-013, 119-390-034, 119-390-035, 119-390-036, 119-390-037, 119-390-039, 119-390-055, 119-390-057, 119-390-060, 119-390-072, 119-390-073, as described in Exhibit “A” and shown in Exhibit “B” of the attached documents.
The easements being offered for dedication are for public utilities that will be maintained by the County of El Dorado in accordance with the conditions of approval for the Eastridge Village large lot final map and subsequent specific final maps. In this case the easements are being accepted due to the conditions of approval, which state that the IOD's will be accepted.
