Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The district will be billed individual costs for the election held. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said district.
Reason for Recommendation: The results of the votes cast at the mail ballot election held March 6, 2012, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on March 7, 2012, and are submitted herewith. Many Oaks Lane Zone of Benefit #98132 Measure A did not pass.
Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.
