1) Recognize and acknowledge Christy White, Supervising Health Education Coordinator, upon her retirement from the County of El Dorado Health and Human Services Agency; and
2) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign a Proclamation recognizing Christy’s service and dedication to County residents and to the Health and Human Services Agency.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board of Supervisors recognize Christy White, Supervising Health Education Coordinator, upon her retirement from the County of El Dorado, HHSA, Public Health Division. Christy’s work and efforts have transformed the lives and improved the futures of countless County residents. The Proclamation is recognition and appreciation of her 33 years of dedication to public service and excellence in HHSA’s Public Health Division.

The Board could decline to adopt the Proclamation.
