Supervisor Sweeney requests Board approve the attached Resolution and authorize Chairman to sign a letter to the County Fire Marshall approving a request by Pryro Spectaculars, Inc. to conduct a pyrotechnic display as part of the annual "4th of July Celebration" on Saturday, July 2, 2011, at the Placerville Speedway infield racetrack within the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. This approval shall be contingent upon Pyro Spectaculars, Inc and Handy Racing complying fully with the necessary requirements, insurance, contracts and permits as directed by fire control authorities and local officials.
