DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee (EDSWAC) was established in 1992. The Committee assists and advises the agencies responsible for developing and implementing solid waste management plans and aids in ensuring that the County adequately plans for meeting future solid waste handling and disposal needs.
