DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
Updates to the County Maintained Mileage System and the Board of Supervisors Resolution adopting those updates are submitted by Transportation Division to the State of California each year, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Section 941 and Section 2121. In 2014, minor revisions were made to one (1) road based on field and office review of the actual road parameters of recent development construction by 0.02 miles and an addition of 0.04 miles to one (1) road in the Blackstone subdivision as detailed in Attachment A of the Resolution.

CAO RECOMMENDATION:
CAO recommended the Board adopt the Resolution accepting the 2014 revisions to the County Maintained Mileage System as this action is consistent with State statutes  
 
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact related to this action; however, changes in the County Maintained Mileage System will impact Transportation Division's future maintenance budgets.
 
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk will obtain the Chair's signature on the Resolution.
2) The Clerk will forward one (1) copy of the Resolution to the Department.
