Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
The districts will be billed individual costs for the elections held. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said districts.
Reason for Recommendation
The results of the votes cast at the Consolidated Districts Election held November 5, 2013 were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on November 8, 2013. Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
Return a signed minute order to the Elections Department.
