DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Board of Supervisors approved Contract 9834 on September 23, 2025. On November 13, 2025, County staff conducted a site inspection for the project associated with this contract. During the inspection, it was determined that the originally specified CA-450 enclosure was undersized for the required installation.

Change Details:
The approved enclosure dimensions are 72 inches wide by 74 inches high by 24 inches deep, replacing the originally specified 60-inch by 62-inch enclosure.
This modification results in a cost increase of $52,595.60 to the contract.
