Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to Acknowledge and Reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Road Right of Way;
2) Acknowledge said Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Road Right of Way on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcel is located within the community of El Dorado Hills, Supervisorial District 2, at the intersection of Investment Boulevard and Pismo Drive.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Heritage El Dorado Hills Master Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation for an IOD (IOD 22-0015 B) for Road Right of Way on Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-680-001, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide for Road Right of Way on Assessor's Parcel Number 117-680-001.
The offer of dedication shall remain in effect and run with the land until such time as the Board of Supervisors makes a finding of necessity for public purposes and accepts said offer by resolution.
