Background
Commissioner Ridgeway, District 2, took office on October 7, 2014 and the District 2 incumbent was the Second Vice-Chair. Pursuant to Section 4.b of the Planning Commission of the County of El Dorado Bylaws, officer vacancies shall be filled at the first meeting immediately following the time the vacancy occurs. Due to the timing of the appointment, it was not possible to agendize the item in time for the next regular meeting (October 9, 2014).
