Title: Chief Administrative Office, Parks & Trails Division-River Program, submitting a request to: 1) Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 and subsection 15168(c)(2), find that River Use Permits were an activity analyzed for potential environmental effects within the scope of the project in the 2001 Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the RMP, that all potentially significant effects from the approval of River Use Permits were addressed by the EIR, and that no new environmental document is required for the approval of River Use Permits and, 2) Approve three-year River Use Permits for applicants meeting the standards of the Streams and Rivers Commercial Boating Ordinance Chapter 5.48. Therefore, permits 10, 49, 52, 32, 38, 25, 27, 33, 79, 82, 85, 83, 68, 51, 61, 70, 14, 58, 75, 20, 18, 19, 74, 81, 60, 23, 30, 43 are recommended for a three-year renewal.
