DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Surveyor's Office has received an application from Valley View Improvement Company, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, requesting an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD), identified as IOD-SV25-0002. The request is for a Road Right of Way including the underlying fee (underlying ownership of land) on Assessor’s Parcel Number 119-390-001, as described in Exhibit “A” and shown in Exhibit “B” of the attached documents.

The easement being offered, in fee, is to establish a Road Right of Way that will be owned and maintained by the County of El Dorado in accordance with the conditions of approval for the Eastridge Village large lot final map and subsequent specific final maps. In this case, the easement is being accepted due to the project conditions of approval, which states said IOD will be accepted.

The Department of Transportation has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this offer and recommends that the Board Acknowledge and Accept said IOD.
