Title: Chair recommending the Council discuss the proposed project located at 1063 Magua St and provide a recommendation to the TRPA Governing Board and El Dorado County Planning Commission. The MAC previously heard this item as a preapplication on June 7, 2023. (link to item MEETING AGENDA ) If the Special Use Permit is approved by the TRPA Governing Board, the site will need 8,209 square feet of commercial floor area. Up to 5,009 square feet will be requested from El Dorado County Planning Commission following the guidance in Chapter 2, section 80 of the Meyers Area Plan. There is currently 31,920 square feet of commercial floor area available.
