Staff recommends the Planning Commission take the following actions: 1. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study prepared by staff, subject to CEQA findings; 2. Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15074(d), incorporated as Conditions of Approval; and 3. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 071-080-007 & 071-500-036, consisting of 5.2 acres, is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 49 and State Highway 193, within the Cool Rural Center, in the Cool area, Supervisorial District 4.
