Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for six separate Drainage Easements;
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer Dedication and Rejection of Offer, and direct that the consent document be recorded pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcel is located within the community of El Dorado Hills, and lies adjacent to Beatty Drive, lying across from 7158 Karavi Drive.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Surveyor’s Office has received an application from Promontory Construction LLC, a California limited liability company, requesting an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD), identified as IOD-SV22-0012. The request is for six separate drainage easements on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 124-490-005, as described in Exhibit “A” and shown in Exhibit “B” of the attached documents.
The easements being offered for dedication are for drainage facilities that will be privately owned and maintained in accordance with the conditions of approval for the Promontory Village 7 large lot tentative map and subsequent specific final maps. In this case, the easements are being rejected due to the project conditions of approval, which state that the IODs will be rejected.

The Department of Transportation has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this offer and recommends that the Board Acknowledge and Reject said IOD.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyors Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.
