Hearing to consider Sierra Montebello Micro-Winery Project (Conditional Use Permit CUP22-0002) request to allow the establishment and operation of a micro-winery on a 5-acre parcel on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 070-090-031, consisting of 5 acres, is located on the east side of Eastview Drive, approximately half a mile north of the intersection with North Shingle Road, north of the Shingle Springs Community Region, submitted Nicole and Lester Falloon; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find Conditional use Permit CUP22-0002 Categorically Exempt under Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2) Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP22-0002, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
