Request to consider Conditional Use Permit CUP22-0002/Sierra Montebello Micro-Winery submitted by Nicole and Lester Falloon to allow the establishment and operation of a micro-winery on a 5-acre parcel. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 070-090-031, consisting of 5 acres, is located on the east side of Eastview Drive, approximately half a mile north of the intersection with North Shingle Road, north of the Shingle Springs Community Region, Supervisorial District 4.  (County Planner: Timothy Pitt, 530-621-6565) (Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines)
