Surveyor's Office recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to Acknowledge and Reject the following four Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for Drainage Easements from Millrose Properties California, LLC:
1) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer dedication for APN 115-500-001;
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer dedication for APN 115-500-010;
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer dedication for APNs 115-500-011, 115-500-012, 115-500-013, and 115-500-014;
4) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer dedication for APNs 115-500-018, 115-500-019, 115-500-020, 115-500-021, 115-500-022, 115-500-023, 115-500-024, and 115-500-025; and
5) Direct staff to record the four Irrevocable Offers of Dedications.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Millrose Properties California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for four (4) IOD (IODSV26-0001) Drainage Easements, including the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APNs) and Maps:
1)APN 115-500-001 as described in Attachment A - Exhibit A and depicted on Attachment B - Exhibit B;
2)APN 115-500-010 as described in Attachment C - Exhibit A and depicted on Attachment D - Exhibit B;
3)APNs 115-500-011, 115-500-012, 115-500-013, and 115-500-014 as described in Attachment E - Exhibit A and depicted on Attachment F - Exhibit B; and
4)APNS 115-500-018, 115-500-019, 115-500-020, 115-500-021, 115-500-022, 115-500-023, 115-500-024, and 115-500-025 as described in Attachment G - Exhibit A and depicted on Attachment H - Exhibit B.
The easements being offered for dedication are four separate Drainage Easements and will be privately owned and maintained in accordance with the conditions of approval for the Silver Springs large lot final map and subsequent specific maps. The rejection of the easements are in alignment with the conditions of approval.
