If necessary the Department will return with a budget transfer increasing revenues and appropriations to account for this one-time revenue.  As a result, approval of this recommendation will not impact Net County Cost.
 
Background
This funding is a one-time contribution to counties toward expenses of their County Veterans Service Office (CVSO) per Provisional Language for line item 8955-101-0001 of the Budget Act of 2013; a state General Fund expenditure.
 
Reason for Recommendation
Approval of this recommendation is required in order for El Dorado County to receive this one-time contribution.
 
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval.
Board Chair to sign two copies of the Special Certificate of Compliance and the Clerk of the Board to return one copy to Veteran Affairs for distribution to the State.
