FUNDING: This Project was funded with a combination of State and Federal Grants and a 2.6% contribution from the Placerville Airport Enterprise Fund. No fiscal impact.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Contract for the AWOS Project (Project) at the Placerville Airport in the Placerville area was executed by the Board on July 1, 2008. The Project was substantially completed on April 30, 2009.
The Board actions above will start legal time frames for guarantees, a lien period, and return of retention monies. Cindy Bales Engineering Inc. acceptance of the final Contract cost is attached and summarized below:

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) The Chairman will sign the Notice of Completion.
