Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council, recommending the Board make the following appointment to the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council:
Reappoint Nancy Owen Hazard, Public Agency - BOS Appointment, Term Expiration 02/28/2021.
Appoint Barbara Raines, Designee-BOS Member, Term Expiration 03/24/2019.

On February 2, 2017, the Clerk of the Board received a recommendation from the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council. The Council held their meeting on February 2, 2017 and at that meeting a vote was taken to reappoint Nancy Owen Hazard. A Notice of Vacancy was not posted for this appointment due to the specific nature of the appointment. At their February 2, 2017 meeting, a vote was also taken to appoint Barbara Raines. A Notice of Vacancy has been posted since November 2, 2016 as there has been an ongoing need to fill this position.
