Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Authorize the Chair to acknowledge and reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Road Right Of Way, and acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Public Utilities Easement; and
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcel is located within the community of Diamond Springs, Supervisorial District 3 at 6018 Service Drive.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Sergei Oleshko and Natalia Oleshko, as Trustees of the SNO Foundation, for an IOD (IOD-SV23-0002) for a Road Right Of Way and Public Utilities Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel Number 051-461-068, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibit. This dedication would allow for a future road and public utilities easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 051-461-068. The Road Right of Way is recommended to be rejected, as this is a private road and will be privately maintained.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this offer and recommends that the Board Acknowledge and Reject the Road Right of Way and Acknowledge and Accept the Public Utilities Easement on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyors construction standards.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor’s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.
