On September 14, 2026, the Clerk of the Board reposted a Notice of Vacancy from the previous posting of April 7, 2027. On September 15, 2026, the Clerk of the Board received formal notification from staff representing the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council. The notification stated that, following a review and approval process, the Council voted to recommend the reappointment of Elizabeth Ferry-Perata to serve as the Designee. This recommendation reflects the Council’s commitment to ensuring broad and diverse representation from community-based organizations involved in early care and education. Elizabeth Ferry-Perata’s appointment is intended to support the Council’s mission of promoting high-quality, accessible early childhood programs throughout El Dorado County.
