Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Director of Environmental Management Department, recommending the Board make the following appointment to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee:
1) Appoint Michael Churchill, Cameron Park Community Services District, Primary Member, Term Expiration 7/30/2029; and
2) Appoint Tim Israel, Cameron Park Community Services District, Alternate Member, Term Expiration 7/30/2029.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Due to the specific nature of the appointment, a Notice of Vacancy was not posted by the Clerk's office. The Clerk's office received the recommendations on July 8, 2024 from the Director of Environmental Management Department to appoint Michael Churchill as the Primary Member of the Cameron Park Community Services District and move Tim Israel from the Primary Member to the Alternate Member of the Cameron Park Community Services District.
