DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

At the request of the Department of Transportation, Procurement and Contracts issued an Invitation to Bid for the purchase of Waterborne Traffic Line Paint. Without this product roadways would not be properly marked, resulting in dangerous motoring and pedestrian conditions.
