DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

The Commission on Aging works with the Director of the Area Agency on Aging on community interests and issues faced by seniors in El Dorado County. This includes, but is not limited to, developing community centers in strategic areas of the County to make services accessible to all seniors.  The group also promotes services that help seniors to remain in their homes and prevent elder abuse.
