At the September 28, 2022, CCP meeting, the Executive Committee authorized the Chair to submit the application for El Dorado County to become a Nationally Recognized Stepping Up Innovator County. November 9, 2022, El Dorado County was notified that the National Stepping Up partners confirmed El Dorado County to be named the newest Innovator County. Our Board of Supervisor, Lori Pariln accepted the invitation to be a Stepping Up Innovator County. The Board is scheduled to officially confirm the Innovator status by a presentation on March 21, 2023.
