Hearing to consider Kabir Front Setback Reduction Project (Administrative Permit ADM24-0052) request to allow a front yard setback reduction for slope from 30 feet to 20 feet for the construction of a new multi-story, single-family dwelling on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-650-020, consisting of 1.2 acres, is located on the southwest side of Via Fiori, approximately 860 feet west of the intersection with Casa Vista Way, in the El Dorado Hills area, submitted by Christopher Crosby; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find that the project is Statutorily Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15268; and
2) Approve Administrative Permit ADM24-0052 based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
