Request to consider Administrative Permit ADM24-0052/Kabir Front Setback Reduction submitted by Christopher Crosby to allow a front yard setback reduction for slope from 30 feet to 20 feet for the construction of a new multi-story, single-family dwelling. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-650-020, consisting of 1.2 acres, is located on the southwest side of Via Fiori, approximately 860 feet west of the intersection with Casa Vista Way, in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 1.  (County Planner: Cerissa Deitchman, 530-621-6397) (Statutory Exemption pursuant to Section 15268 of the CEQA Guidelines)
