RECOMMENDED ACTION: Planning Services recommending the Board take the following actions: 1. Certify that Map Correction TM59-0012C(5) is statutorily exempt from the requirements of CEQA pursuant to Section 15268(b)(3); and 2. Approve Map Correction TM59-0012C(5), based on the conditions of approval contained in Attachment 1 of the attached staff report, based on the findings contained in Attachment 2 of the attached staff report.
