Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None. These Agreements were included in the FY 2009-10 Proposed Budget. There is no Net County Cost associated with these Agreements.

Background: The original grant Agreement with First 5 El Dorado Children and Families Commission (“Commission”) occurred in FY 2004-05. Grant Agreements have been provided each subsequent year to assist families in El Dorado County with access to health insurance and health services for children ages 0-5 years. In addition, the Commission has provided a second grant to assist families with access to oral health care for children ages 0-5 years.

These agreements were received from the Grantor in June, and required review and revision to ensure consistency with County standards. The finalized agreements were immediately submitted for the next available Board date.
