DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The results of the votes cast at the Consolidated Districts Election held November 7, 2017 were certified by the Recoder-Clerk/Registrar of Voters on November 16, 2017, and are submitted herewith.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Elections Code Section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
Certified results of the official canvass have been forwarded to the Clerk of the City of South Lake Tahoe.
CAO RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve this item.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The districts will be billed individual cost for the elections held. The Recorder-Clerk/Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said districts.
