Title: Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Cooperative Agreement AGMT 06-1298 with the State of California (Caltrans) to define terms and conditions for the construction of the U.S. Highway 50/Missouri Flat Road Phase 1A Interchange Improvement Project; and recommending Director of said Department be authorized to request and authorize payment for "State Furnished Materials" generally consisting of, but not limited to, sign panels and hardware, loop detector sensor units, signal control cabinets and appurtenances, and miscellaneous electrical materials in an amount not to exceed $200,000. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve. FUNDING: 2004 General Plan Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Funds.
