Background
Pursuant to Section 3.38.040 of the County Code and Section 53607 of the California Government Code, the Board of Supervisors must annually renew delegation of fiduciary authority to the County Treasurer-Tax Collector to invest and re-invest County funds. This action will cover the period of February 11, 2015 through February 10, 2016.
Reason for Recommendation
Annual delegation required by Government Code.
